Dr Webster’s Recommendation: mesoestetic melan tran3x kit combines targeted products to help reduce the production of melanin, resulting in the reduced appearance of superficial dark marks/hyperpigmentation. Tranexamic acid has demonstrated some impressive results and paired with Kojic Acid, Mandelic, Lactic and Salicylic Acids as well as Niacinamide and very high-factor, broad-spectrum sunscreen, offers a comprehensive pigmentation treatment program. Some products contain Mandelic Acid, which is derived from bitter almonds so if you have a nut allergy we do not recommend you use them. Consult your physician before use if you have an auto-immune disease.
